Terms of Return
At Monarch Garments, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Our commitment extends to the tailor-made clothes we create, crafted according to your specific instructions, measurements, and approval. Please take note of the following conditions regarding returns:
Defective or Different from Advertised:
You may return and request a refund for goods only if your order is found to be defective upon delivery or arrives in a condition that differs from the original advertisement. We follow the colors shown on the product page, and the same model will be sent to you. Please cross-check colors with the model or contact us before placing your order to avoid discrepancies.
Timeframe for Returns:
To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be sent back to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
Return Shipping: Ensure that the returned package includes valid online tracking details for a smooth return process.
Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must not have been worn or used and should be sent back in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories. If Customs fees are incurred when the package re-enters India, the buyer is responsible for covering these charges.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Availability at a lower price from a different vendor.
- Personal preference or dissatisfaction.
- Accidental or incorrect orders.
- Refusal to accept the shipment as a return method.
Custom Duty:
If custom duty charges are applied in the customer’s country, the customer is responsible for paying them. In such cases, returns will not be accepted. If the customer fails to pay the duty and the item is returned to India, the customer will bear the cost of return, including custom duty in their country, return shipping, and any customs duty in India. We are not responsible if customs destroy the item due to non-payment of custom duty by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 3 days after placing it. However, after the initial 3 days, the following cancellation charges will apply for each clothing item:
- Fabric charges that have been cut for your order.
- Cost of stitching work performed by our craftspeople.
- Administrative costs associated with verifying the measurements you provided.
Until these charges are settled by the buyer, the order cannot be canceled. If fabric charges apply, the buyer has the option to have us ship the un-tailored fabric to their doorstep, in which case shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 11-21 days from the receipt of your payment.
Disclaimer
All custom-made orders are based on customer-provided measurements, styles, fabric choices, and other options through our online Order Form. Our tailors use their discretion and experience to craft orders according to this information. We do not warrant unfit tailoring due to incorrect measurements or misunderstandings regarding metric units. Our tailors may make decisions based on their judgment if a style or design is not specified, or if minor adjustments to a garment are necessary. Fabric availability is subject to stock-on-hand and vendor availability. If an ordered fabric is unavailable, we will notify customers within 48 hours of receiving their order. Please note that fabric colors on our website may have a 5-10% color difference compared to the actual material, depending on the quality and settings of your computer monitor.
Liability
Monarch Garments is not liable for any loss of data, computer system crashes, or damages resulting from using our website. Terms and conditions on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable Law
By visiting Monarch Garments’ website, you agree that the laws of Jodhpur, India, will govern these Conditions and Terms of Use in case of any disputes between you (our customer) and Monarch Garments or its affiliates.
